Holiday Notice

As the carriers will be on holiday from January 23 to January 31, we can only accept ordersbut won't ship out packages until the holiday is over. All packages in the holiday will be shipped out from February 1. Thanks for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY

To obtain a return and exchange authorization, please contact us at first within 2 days after you receive your order.

Products with quality defects such as stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn etc. can be returned to us. Please return as the steps listed below.

  1. Contact us by emails as soon as you get the package and send us clear photos together with your order number and the SKU of the items and tell us what the problem is.
  2. We will review your case carefully and then offer you the best solution.

Cases for Return or Exchange

Size

Customers should be sure to check the size carefully before placing an order.

If  we send you the wrong size, please send us photos first and then we will check about that. We can offer you a compensation or exchange. If you want to place a new order and keep the original order, we can also offer you a discount. Customers should be responsible for the shipping cost if you order a wrong size.

Wrong items

Customers should be responsible for the items ordered. If you order wrong items and want to exchange or cancel the order, please contact us in 24 hours before shipment. If you have received the wrong items, you can return and refund. In this case, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange. If we send you the wrong items, you can return and refund or ask for an exchange. You can also keep it and we will give you some discount. We think it is the best solution for both of us.

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check and verify the contents before signing for the package. If they are wrong or damaged in transportation, please decline signing for it.

Some shoes may have a little difference in color of the the items you get and you see on our website. It is caused by the technique of taking photos. In this situation, we won't accept exchange or return. 

Missing items

We will check the carrier’s system to decide whether the items have been delivered. If it shows “Delivered” but you haven’t got them, please contact us and your local carrier. We can resend your order or refund if the carrier gives valid proof. If your package has reached your country but missing, you should contact your local carrier to ask them to make a compensation. We are not responsible for this case because we can’t control the carrier out of our country. If your returned items are missing, we are unable to make refund for you. If there is missing parts in your package, you should contact us first together with clear photos so we can check it and make a solution for you.

﹒All return and exchange should be authorized by our customer service.

﹒All items returned to us should be the right ones you pick on our website and must be in original condition such as not worn, destroyed or altered with all tags attached. All items that do not accord with our policy will be returned back to you.

﹒Shipping cost cannot be refunded if return occurs. For free shipping, shipping cost will be charged from your money when refund happens.

﹒If return occurs, please tell us your order number and your returned tracking number by emails.

﹒Customers should pay for the shipping cost of return no matter what situation is. 

﹒The extra money charged by the transaction system as the transaction fee is not charged by us and is not included in the orders. So it can't be refunded if refund occurs. 

﹒Generally it takes 10-15 days to get the money after we make refund for you. It depends on the banks.
